getting started: We kickoff each project with a consultation meeting in which we will delve into your goals, ideas, preferences and the way in which you envision using the space in question, today and in the future. We typically challenge our clients, coaxing them to break with convention and to create, together with us, a space that stands out and reflects our clients’ true selves.

Planning and Design: Next, we formulate a detailed workplan that includes demolition and construction plans, bill of quantities, plumbing plan, electrical plan, wet zone layouts and specialized carpentry requirements. We will create a lighting plan that will accentuate the space and will accompany you when choosing finishing materials. We will “dress” your home together, caring for every detail including furniture, textiles and all other accessories.

 

services: Our services include managing contractor tenders, working with craftspeople and suppliers, managing timetables, on-site supervision and providing support from our first meeting with a client and up until they move into their new or newly renovated home.
